Cubs

Once children move up to the Cub Scout section, they are taught a range of new and exciting outdoor skills and get to take part in more adventurous activities. This includes camps – where some of the most amazing memories are made!

Our Cub Scout section is currently at maximum capacity with 30 girls and boys, who are split into smaller groups called Sixes. Weekly meetings consist of games, activities and time spent outdoors.

It's all about personal development, and supporting each other. Our children receive badges and challenge awards to recognise their achievements.

Here are just a few of the activities that our Cubs have enjoyed this year:

  • Crate stacking

  • Zipwire

  • Shelter building

  • Panto trip to Oxted Theatre

  • Swimming

  • Visit to Pets At Home

  • Laserquest

  • Craft night

  • Hungry Hippos game

  • Night hikes

  • Horseriding
